高家樂,男,理學(xué)碩士在讀。主要研究方向?yàn)閯游镆卟 ⒑怂釞z測方法的開發(fā)及應(yīng)用研究。

孫曉東,男,藥物分析學(xué)博士,碩士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事基于新材料的分離分析方法和核酸檢測方法的開發(fā)及應(yīng)用研究。現(xiàn)為中國藥理學(xué)會分析藥理學(xué)會青年委員,寶山科協(xié)委員。主持和參與國家自然基金青年項(xiàng)目、國家自然基金面上項(xiàng)目、上海市揚(yáng)帆計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、上海市高校青年教師培養(yǎng)資助計(jì)劃(重點(diǎn)推薦)、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金等課題多項(xiàng)。以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文16篇,代表性論文發(fā)表在Separation and Purification Technology、Microchimica Acta、Microchemical Journal、Journal of Chromatography A、Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry、Electrophoresis等雜志上。

陳沁,女,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,上海市植物生理學(xué)會副理事長,校研究生院招生辦公室主任,曾任上海大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院副院長。主要從事生化與分子生物學(xué)相關(guān)交叉領(lǐng)域的研究,包括1)過敏原的檢測方法及致敏機(jī)理研究;2)II型糖尿病治療藥物的發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)理研究;3)動物疫病和食品安全預(yù)警方法的研究等。曾獲上海市育才獎、寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師獎、國家質(zhì)檢總局科技興檢獎、上海大學(xué)三八紅旗手、上海大學(xué)青年教師教學(xué)競賽三等獎、上海大學(xué)教學(xué)名師等。主持和參與科技部、國家自然科學(xué)基金、上海市科委、教委和農(nóng)委科研項(xiàng)目及橫向項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng)。先后在Food Chemistry,European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等專業(yè)期刊上發(fā)表論文100多篇,申請專利10項(xiàng),授權(quán)專利2項(xiàng);擔(dān)任NOTULAE BOTANICAE HORTI AGROBOTANICI雜志的編委。

方雪恩,男,博士,復(fù)旦大學(xué)化學(xué)系分析化學(xué)副教授。主要從事微流控芯片系統(tǒng)和病原微生物核酸分子恒溫?cái)U(kuò)增等領(lǐng)域的工作。曾獲上海浦江人才項(xiàng)目資助、上海市優(yōu)秀技術(shù)帶頭人稱號。
Ultrathin metal-organic framework nanosheets (Cu-TCPP)-based isothermal nucleic acid amplification for food allergen detection

Abstract
The rapid and accurate detection of peanuts and soybeans allergen is important to the food safety. In this study, Cu-TCPP nanosheet, a kind of ultra-thin metal-organic framework (MOF) was synthesized and applied in loop-mediated isothermal amplification (named Cu-TCPP@LAMP), which can inhibit the non-specific amplification by absorbing and precise temperature releasing of single primer. As thus, Cu-TCPP@LAMP can achieve high sensitivity and specific amplification of the target gene. As a result, peanut and soybean allergens genes contained in food were successfully detected with a favorable detection sensitivity (5 ng/μL for peanuts and 10 ng/μL for soybeans) and reliable repeatability (The coefficient of variation was 3.38% for peanuts and 3.33% for soybeans). Moreover, the established method was utilized for detection of several commercial products, and had a high consistency with the standard method. Apart from food allergens, this novel assay can be widely used in other areas, such as pathogen detection, tumor nucleic acid detection and so on.
